We're looking for an affiliate manager will be responsible for setting up, running, and growing our new affiliate marketing channel specifically focused around increasing revenue to our HubSpot Sales Pro product.

 

The program and supporting technology is currently being implemented, but you will assume the role of inventing a valuable commission structure that is appealing to potential affiliates, whilst remaining profitable to HubSpot. Alongside this, you will be tasked with acquiring new affiliates, coordinating campaigns with them, and crafting content that enables them to sell our HubSpot Sales product more effectively.

 

The role will sit within the user acquisition team for our sales products and will provide a great deal of exposure to a variety of other channel specialists. It is crucial that you work closely with the content team, SEO team, and influencer marketing team to make the program a success.

Responsibilities

  • Devise an effective commission model that potential affiliates will find appealing.
  • Work with our operations team to ensure that all affiliate tracking technology is in place and running smoothly.
  • Build out a strategy for attracting affiliates and retaining them over a sustained period of time.
  • Create content to educate others about the affiliate program.
  • Coordinate campaigns and support the creation of content for the campaigns that are run with affiliates on a monthly basis.
  • Set up regular reporting mechanisms to evaluate the success of the channel.

You will have:

  • Multiple years experience of running campaigns with influencers, ideally within the sales space.
  • Experience with running affiliate programs and proficiency with affiliate software, or the ability to learn it quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - this will be key to building and maintaining relationships with influencers.
  • A real passion for content creation as well as facilitation. Confirmed experience in creating content for salespeople is desired.
  • Experience in running large content campaigns with co-marketing partners or influencers.
