As a trusted member of the People Operations team, you will be responsible and involved in all aspects of Workday configuration and administration. This is a hands on role and this individual must be a strategic partner, subject matter expert, and have direct experience with Workday.
Responsible for the mission & vision of the HRIS function for HubSpot.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ongoing design, configuration and administration of Workday data & modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Reporting, Onboarding, Performance Management
- Configure, build, and manage Workday integrations to various external vendors and continuously monitor & address any error logs
- Collaborate & liaise on projects with cross functional teams including IT/Business Operations, Payroll, Finance and business managers
- Collaborate with members of the HRIS & People Operations team and actively share knowledge to develop in-house expertise
- Process management for internal promotions, compensation/job changes, and any other employee related data changes
- Develop & maintain process documentation & reference guides for managers
- Manage & ensure integrity and accuracy of Workday data
- Manage & prepare for ongoing Workday releases
- Work with external vendors related to integrations and HR related projects
Skills & Education:
- 3+ years experience in an HRIS capacity
- 2+ years direct Workday experience required including strong knowledge of roles & user based security groups, business process management & configuration, integrations, reporting, testing & deployment, and core Workday modules as noted above
- Strong analytical, project management & problem solving skills
- Ability to work with confidential information & must consistently exercise good judgement
- Must be customer focused with attention to detail & follow through
- Comfortable working in a fast paced continuously changing environment
- Strong work ethic along with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree
