We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide in-depth financial insights to support the various business units within Gopuff's organization. You'll be an embedded business unit partner providing financial insights to help drive strategic decision-making. In addition, you will support the financial budget and forecasting process for the various business units. This role will report into the Director of FP&A. This role will have a hybrid work schedule, where you will be able to showcase your creativity and build strong relationships with teams in a cross functional manner three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our Liquor Barn, Louisville HQ!
You Will:
- Accelerate the growth of the business by identifying and implementing new opportunities and solutions for scalability, profitability, and defensibility of our business model
- Collaborate with numerous department leaders to support: Budgeting and forecasting procedures
- Develop operational goals
- Apply business judgment and financial models to assist with strategic decision-making related to new initiatives, products, and business opportunities
- Apply an analytical approach to the review ROI, customer behavior analysis, and unit economic impact of business initiatives
- Monitor the financial statements to understand the impact of current initiatives and to shape future initiatives
- Support Corporate Finance during the budgeting and forecasting process with business vertical communications and objectives
- Provide support for field P&L management
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 3+ years of Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking experience at a high-growth startup or well-established company
- Deep understanding of the 3 main financial statements and how they tie together
- Strong Excel/financial modeling and Powerpoint skills
- Highly effective communicator who can easily break down complex information
- Effective self-starter. Able to effectively manage their own time and charge toward results right out of the gate
- Ability to learn on the fly
Compensation:
- Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we'd reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. - Salary Range (varies based on a cost of labor index for geographic area within United States): $79,200 - $132,800
