We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will ensure the long-term success of our business customers. This is the first full time sales position offered in our dynamic startup. What you’ll do:

  • Manage day to day relationships with business customers.
  • Communicate with qualified leads to keep them engaged and moving forward.
  • Liaise between our business customers and our cross-functional internal Marketing, Service and Support, and Product teams.
  • Create engaging proposals for B2B partnerships with potential business partners.
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators related to all managed accounts.
  • Become a funnel for business customer feedback.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience pitching, closing and nurturing business customers
  • Able to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once in an agile environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and partners
  • Partnership focused mindset ready to build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • A sophisticated understanding of your customers and their needs and motivations that is rooted in your real life experiences and accomplishments
  • Perfect written and verbal English communication skills are a must
  • Extensive experience with CRM and sales systems such as Salesforce is a must
  • Experience with business customers who bought physical goods is a plus
