  • Help develop broad growth strategies to inform our long term success strategy
  • Create tactical operational improvements and quick wins to materially improve lead generation, channel management and sales execution
  • Implement ideas to improve growth effectiveness and productivity such as optimizing coverage, go-to-market design, growth process, and growth infrastructure
  • Own key growth initiatives through strategic project management and partnership with other business functions
  • Evolve Iora’s use of its CRM so as to maximize the opportunity to develop insights that directly drive growth
  • Drive the planning process for the Growth team

What You Need

  • 4-7+ years of work experience in analytical roles, such as sales operations, strategy, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking (expertise in salesforce effectiveness a plus)
  • BA/BS degree (MBA a plus)
  • Tenacious and sharp problem solver who does not shy away, but rather is motivated by seemingly intractable challenges
  • Entrepreneurial, trailblazing spirit, eager to be at the forefront of health system transformation
  • Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
  • Highly Analytical and very fast learner
  • Systematic and process driven
  • Passionate about using cloud based CRM tools

What You Get

  • Immense opportunity to shape the sales & marketing operations function within Iora
  • Be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company
  • Opportunity to build a team that scales
  • Have the autonomy to build something with an enthusiastically supportive team
  • Develop mastery by taking complete responsibility for growth strategies, and by doing highly purposeful work at the frontlines of patient care
  • Learn best practices from world class investors and advisors
