Our Ruby on Rails team is designing and developing intuitive, consumer facing applications. As a member of this team, you’ll take ownership of entire features and product initiatives from conception to release and beyond. In fact, your systems will be designed to achieve results for our consumer objectives, making them essential to the company’s bottom line. - Design, develop, and maintain well architected web applications and client portals for a diverse set of products

- Utilize Ruby, HTML, CSS and JavaScript (we use Backbone and Angular) to create well abstracted, reusable software

- Performance tuning

- Work with architects and developers in choosing technologies best suited for the task

- 3+ years of experience building maintainable applications with Rails, Django or similar frameworks 
- Expert skills with server-side technologies and frameworks 
- Skilled with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
- Ability to quickly prototype functionality and iterate to production-ready code 
- Bachelors or Masters in an engineering or technical discipline
