Overview:

SimpliSafe is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager. In this role you will be developing, securing and managing comprehensive marketing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and other strategic partners to sell an innovative product with an unparalleled value proposition. We provide home security to families at a fraction of the cost charged by traditional alarm companies, plus we never lock our customers into contracts. Your task will be to acquire new customers by building and maintaining new partner channels across multiple verticals.

We are looking for an incredibly motivated candidate that can identify high potential partnership opportunities as well as negotiate and close key relationships. We want some who can not only skillfully manage relationships but also develop and execute partner-specific marketing strategies. This team moves fast and is always hustling so you will need to be able to effortlessly navigate several projects at the same time. You will vigorously measure, analyze and report program results to ensure that partnership goals are always exceeded.

In addition, you will successfully:

  • Manage a prospect pipeline as well as cultivate and close new partnership relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop customized integrated marketing plans for each partner
  • Work with internal creative resources to craft and implement channel messaging and content development that is relevant, meaningful and compelling
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with our partners’ teams to set priorities, drive delivery timelines, and ensure flawless execution of programs
  • Develop partner campaign dashboards to consistently measure and report success metrics including costs, conversion, retention and LTV
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including senior executives
  • Create a scalable marketing framework that can be leveraged across new partnerships

About you:

  • Proven track record of managing comprehensive marketing partnerships from ideation to negotiation and execution
  • Experience building and maintaining comprehensive business relationships
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing projects
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers
