The Acquia Partner Team is responsible for recruiting, enabling and developing sales opportunities with the digital agencies, web services providers and systems integrators who offer products and services that complement Acquia solutions and services. Partners are involved in everything that we do at Acquia and the Partner Team works cross-departmentally to represent, support and advocate for our partners internally.
The Partner Team Intern will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Channels, and will take some day-to-day direction from the Partner Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Partner Team under the direction of the Sr. Director of Global Channels, to analyze the health of our partner-sourced and influenced business and report progress to Partner Team Leadership
- Assist Partner Operations Specialist in creating and managing partner team dashboards, leaderboards and spiff programs
- Assist with reporting on how partners are using Acquia Cloud for Partners, a free instance of Acquia Cloud made available to all signed partners
- Manage updates to the Acquia Partner Finder, an online resource where we publish profiles for our signed partners
- Work with Partner Marketing to identify and research partner recruitment targets and gather contact information so that Partner Marketing can design and launch partner recruitment campaigns
- Manage and apply updates to Partner Accounts in Salesforce.com for partner levels, partner status, etc.
- Assist Partner Operations Specialist in accrual and payment of partner commissions
