HubSpot is looking for an marketing manager to join our demand generation team to run our paid lead acquisition. The right person should be a strong marketer with particular strength in online ad campaigns for lead generation, AdWords, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and ad optimization for conversion. This person should have an understanding of the marketing funnel and experience running online advertising campaigns.

We are looking for someone who has a strong innovative drive, and is willing to throw away the norm to reinvent how we do things.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategy behind paid lead generation for our marketing funnel
  • Create, implement, analyze, and optimize online advertising campaigns for lead generation goals
  • Manage AdWords, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and all other online ad campaigns.
  • Measure full funnel lead conversion
  • Optimize campaigns for CPA
  • Design ads for online campaigns
  • Stay current on the latest in ad technology
  • Test new platforms for online advertising to drive demand and optimize funnel
  • Support marketing teams with specific paid marketing goals

 

A strong candidate will have:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on online advertising for conversion/lead generation.
  • A proven track record in running online campaigns to lower CPA.
  • Strong background in using data to inform future decisions and segmentation choices.
  • Excitement about technology and new, innovative technology and apps.
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot is a plus!)
  • Experience designing and creating compelling visual ads.
  • Juggle multiple company-wide goals and working with multiple teams at once.
  • The ability to identify high-potential segments and tailor messaging to fit them.
