The Marketing and Patient Engagement team is looking for a Marketing Manager to help steward the PatientsLikeMe brand as we evolve and take it to the next level. In this role you’ll assist in the messaging and creative development and execution of shareable content through various marketing mediums, such as advertising, member platform, web and campaign copy, executive and product presentations, infographics, social media marketing and collateral. You’ll be part of a dynamic team and interacting frequently with various departments and team members to bring campaigns to market, develop messaging and collateral for various audiences, and help build and maintain brand consistency both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop collateral and creative materials for client projects and company initiatives across multiple channels
  • Assist in the creation and management of brand assets
  • Work with internal and external teams in managing and protecting core brand assets by aligning them to the PLM brand strategy
  • Assist in creating, launching and managing campaigns
  • Develop recruitment messaging and materials, and work with analytics to have a pulse on how variables are affecting front end content conversion
  • Event planning and coordination for member and industry events

Skills and requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field preferred
  • 4-6 years marketing, brand, agency/marketing services-related experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Great eye for what’s visually appealing and consistent for a brand
  • Ability to think through a full member experience and put the patient first
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively participate on cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working with external vendors and marketing partners such as agencies and graphic designers
  • Team player who will help your coworkers and the business in any way you can
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an all-star team

This position is based in our headquarters in Cambridge, MA.
