Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Marketing Coordinator in our downtown Boston office. This position will work directly with the Marketing Manager to help grow and engage our audience via marketing channels. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for taking the lead on our growth initiatives with the goal of driving inbound leads and increasing awareness of the PatientPing brand.
The ideal candidate has experience executing successful marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional outlets. Successful candidates will enjoy working across multiple teams and thinking creatively about how to best engage an audience. The Marketing Coordinator will succeed if they are curious, analytical, and passionate about growth marketing.
What You Will Do:
•Assist with PR planning and execution
•Execute social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
•Execute regular email and direct mail campaigns with the goal of driving inbound leads
•Maintain website and assist in development of landing pages
•Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and content pieces
•Coordinate trade show and event logistics (registrations, materials preparation) and seek out speaking opportunities where appropriate
•Report out on success metrics to relevant stakeholders
What You Need:
•0 -1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a marketing / campaign-centric role
•BA / BS degree in marketing or communications
•Deep familiarity with digital / social channels and best practices
•Familiarity with various marketing platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, AdWords)
•Ability to work autonomously on projects and prioritize appropriately
•Ability to juggle multiple moving pieces and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
•Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-faced collaborative environment
