As a Manager of Sales Development at Quickbase, you will lead a dynamic team focused on outbound and inbound lead generation, driving opportunities for the sales organization. With a strong emphasis on coaching, you'll build a high-performance Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, ensuring consistent call, email, and metric performance. Your role extends to developing account-based selling strategies, collaborating with Sales and Marketing Managers, and actively engaging in the Force Management and Command of the Message methodology. Motivating your team through coaching and incentives, you'll own the talent management cycle, from sourcing and hiring to onboarding and development. Your 2+ years of SaaS selling experience will contribute to exceeding quota and revenue targets. You'll play a key role in fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring a positive customer experience. With a focus on learning technical concepts, your self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit will be vital in scaling the SDR function at this high-growth software company, where startup excitement meets market leader stability.
