Overview: 
 
Criteo is in search of a passionate, highly motivated, and operationally minded business leader to lead the ever-growing and critical Accelerate Account Strategy team. The Accelerate Account Strategy Team is responsible for developing and executing scalable client service initiatives to drive same store revenue growth, product & feature adoption, and client satisfaction for mid-market customers. A critical contributor to Criteo’s past and future growth in the Americas, Accelerate serves as an established incubator of sorts for testing and refining strategies that drive performance at a large scale. 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for using quantitative and qualitative inputs to spot trends and deliver business critical insights, identifying and acting upon opportunities to strengthen day-to-day operations, solving ambiguous and high-impact business challenges, and delivering recommendations regarding your organizational structure and strategy to drive significant business growth for Criteo.  
 
In addition, you will responsible for bringing optimism and empowering leadership to a team of 4 Account Strategists on a daily basis – leveraging your knowledge of performance marketing to provide guidance in optimizing client campaigns, your past experience in sales to support the scaled and strategic upselling of key Criteo solutions, and excellent communication skills to garner support of immediate and extended teams. 

 

The position requires comfort in independently navigating ambiguous challenges, a humble confidence working cross-functionally with sales and operational support teams, a strong affinity for developing individuals and building teams, an unlimited drive to succeed, and a sense of humor and good-naturedness all Criteos exhibit. 
 
What you will be doing? 

·               Develop and manage the successful execution of scalable client service initiatives 

·         Identify and act upon opportunities to improve internal team process and day-to-day     operations that impact revenue growth  

·         Lead the development of quarterly/bi-annual strategic planning to account for changing dynamics of the performance marketing industry and Criteo’s business 

·         Ensure thorough planning, execution, analysis, and communication of internal projects to relevant stakeholders 

·         Hire and retain highly-qualified Account Strategists that strengthen team and company dynamics 

 

What we need? 

·         BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 

·         5-7 years of direct advertising/marketing experience; experience leading teams in solving   complex operational challenges with revenue accountability 

·         Proficient knowledge and experience in display, performance marketing (re-targeting), and full-funnel account strategy initiatives 

·         Must be PASSIONATE about performance marketing, enjoys thinking outside the box, and love’s driving results for their clients! 

·         Proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue driven environment 

·         Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills 

·         Experience working with e-commerce such as Retail, Travel, and Financial clients a plus 

·         A love for working collaboratively across multiple teams
