The Q is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to interface with the Investment Banking and Venture Capital community and assist the CEO in presentation of the company to key audiences. This individual will coordinate various marketing, investor relations and corporate development initiatives as needed by the CEO.

• Produce and update presentation materials
• Perform regular VC firm and Investment Banking briefings
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors
• Maintain relevant market transaction database
• Maintain schedule of, arrange and facilitate Q presentations at Investment Bank Conferences
• Manage press releases to Investor/ Banker community
• Managing and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations
• Prepare presentations, reports and other materials for senior executives, including the Board of Directors.
• Assist the CEO with special projects

• Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA Preferred
• A strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence and ability to complete assignments with limited oversight
• The ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings 
• At least two years’ experience in the following roles: venture capital/growth equity, investment banking, corporate development
• Experience in or knowledge of Ad Technology industry preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and other third parties
• Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
• A working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs
• Up to 25% travel
• Strong analytical skills (financial and valuation)
