We're in search of an experienced Integration Engineer to join our new Professional Services team. This role is a unique hybrid of engineering, consulting, and technical account management skills, as it requires understanding client's marketing goals and tailoring TrueMotion’s technology to help them achieve those goals.

As an Integration Engineer, you’ll be primarily responsible for delivering and maintaining integrations as well as setting up reporting for key metrics of our implementations. You’ll have an opportunity to be involved at all stages of the client lifecycle, from onboarding to campaign execution to ongoing maintenance of our implementations. You’ll also impact how our teams work by helping to develop and new processes and improvements.

The ideal candidate for this role should have demonstrated experience working with external customers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, developing and testing prototypes, and training customers on product features while also proactively maintaining integrations once deployed and in production.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements to determine integration solutions across various types of integrations; document detailed business requirements and integration configurations.
  • Manage integration projects by working with our enterprise customers and internal teams to design, build, test, and deploy standard and customized integration solutions.
  • Configure system settings, test backed work, conduct user acceptance testing and document configurations.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues at every level of the stack and modify existing code as needed.
  • Triage, manage, delegate and resolve technical issues; track and get acceptance
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on technologies, security, troubleshooting integration system issues, data analysis, and coordination with other teams.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and drive creative solutions that meet client initiatives and anticipate future needs
  • Help establish best practices across the enterprise and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Deliver technical presentations (SDK, APIs, Security, integration, etc.) and help respond to RFIs

Experience / Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of prior consulting experience leading successful software integrations for enterprise customers
  • Customer-facing project management skills leading cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on software development skills using Python (or similar scripting language), as well as experience working with databases, AWS, SQL, web security and APIs.
  • Strong understanding and experience in the design of multi-tier applications and systems integration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter capable of being productive on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality results
  • Familiarity with data modeling, database systems, and cloud-based software
  • Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field highly preferred.
  • Flexible attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
