Inbound Sales Specialist
- Introduce Lovepop products to new customers, facilitate their understanding, and acquire new business
- Qualify and prospect leads at high volume (80+ calls per day)
- Have a voice in the development of selling strategies
- Execute ever-evolving and diverse outreach tactics
- Represent the brand at major events, strengthening relationships with customers and building a positive brand image
- An ability to adapt to and improve sales systems based on the needs of a fast-growing organization.
- Enthusiasm towards working with a diverse customer base in a challenging environment.
- Effective, proven telephone and email communication skills.
- 0-2 years sales experience.
- A self-motivating attitude and an attention to detail.
- An understanding of and desire to face the unique challenges working at an early-stage startup presents.
- A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- An ability to leverage customer insight into strategy improvements.
- A natural interest in stationery and paper art.
