Implementation Manager

The Service Delivery team is recruiting for an Implementation Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for helping Partners to onboard customers onto our cloud UC platform. You will guide them through the provisioning process working very closely with our team of technical experts to bring them your unique ideas and creative solutions to their problems. We are seeking an implementation manager to handle some of our most strategic partners and ensure the clients achieve a successful transition to the cloud. This role promises to be very challenging and interesting and will give you experience in the hottest technologies and industries in today’s market!
The Implementation Manager works very closely with Fuze’s Service Delivery Partner community as well as internal Service Delivery and Enablement teams and is responsible for ensuring that Partner deployments of Fuze are executed with success. This ultimately enables us to maintain our high levels of client satisfaction and helps build on our reference pool. This position is responsible for the management of three partners and reports directly to the Sr. Director, Channel Services.
What you'll do:
- Manage partners through the Fuze provisioning process
- Work with partners to understand, document, and analyze their customers’’ business requirements
- Coordinate the provisioning of customer configurations in the Fuze platform using a web based interface based on the customer requirements
- Facilitate meetings and conference calls with key partner stakeholders to communicate project status, and obtain necessary technical and business information
- Informally train partners on use of the Fuze platform including voice and application components.
- Coordinate multiple partners and internal resources to drive provisioning projects to successful completion
- Ability to map partner client requirements to ideas usable for our internal engineers
- Ability to serve as a liaison between partner sales/technical departments and the end users
Who you are and what you have:
- BA Degree required
- Must have 5+ years of experience working on large (500+ user) PBX, software, or business systems implementations
- Exceptional level of customer service expected; dealing directly with end users. Must be comfortable interfacing with Director of IT and VP level customer side stakeholders.
- Must exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude and enjoy working with various teams internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should be familiar with basic office productivity tools: MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Visio
- Experience with Web based applications is preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodology and tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA)
- The position requires a detail oriented, organized, highly motivated individual that has excellent project and task management skills
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed and be able to find creative ways to work around issues, and ensuring that the projects complete on time and to specifications
- Ability to be a team player and have a comfort level working within a fast-paced team environments
