HRIS Coordinator
HubSpot is looking for a highly organized & detail oriented self-starter to join our People Operations team as an HRIS Coordinator. This role will report directly into the Senior HRIS Manager and will be sytems focused. The Coordinator will be responsible for HRIS (Workday) support in all facets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily transaction processing
- Conducting data and process audits
- Provide Workday support to managers and employees and respond to requests
- Assist with testing and implementation of Workday projects
- Create, run and distribute reports
- Assist with documenting & maintaining HRIS processes and reference guides
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT/Business Operations, Payroll, Finance and Business managers
- May assist in the processing of transfers, promotions, salary adjustments and new hire processing
- Special projects as assigned
Skills & Education:
- Prior experience in a Human Resources discipline and/or with an HRIS application
- Desire to pursue a systems based career
- Workday experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Very detailed and process oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to operate in a fast paced continuously changing environment
- Ability to work with confidential information & must consistently exercise good judgement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
