The Role:

Our Cambridge, MA office is looking to fill the role of Global Training Operations Coordinator & Employee Experience Specialist. This position is a part of the Learning & Development team, which is responsible for the onboarding and training of all of HubSpot’s global employees. In this role, you will support the Learning & Development team in the world class execution of the Product, Sales, Support, Services and Orientation programs. In this role you will be charged with ensuring a remarkable new hire experience and managing all logistics from coordinating the calendars to enrolling new hires in their required courses. You will also be an important partner to our Culture, Recruiting, and HR teams in order to continuously iterate and improve on the experience our new hires have when they join HubSpot.

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with the Culture Team to facilitate, organize and enhance the first day experience for new HubSpotters, striving to make our onboarding and training programs competitive differentiators for HubSpot and our recruiting efforts
  • Manage and execute the preparation of all pre-arrival materials for new hires, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive operational efficiency and implement changes to ensure consistency month-over-month
  • Help foster a diverse and inclusive environment for our new hires throughout all our programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Culture, Recruiting, HR, IT, and other groups to align the set-up and onboarding of new hires, as well as long-term forecasting of headcount growth
  • Leverage overall training curriculum and align programs to create an efficient and comprehensive learning experience
  • Uphold the principles of our Culture Code in all aspects of your work and interpersonal interactions
