Email Support Specialist-Part Time
Help Answer Customer Emails for a really cool-start up Home Security Company located right in Andover!!
Job Description:
Develop strong customer relationships and be responsible for resolving queries of the customer through email.
Build customer relationships as part of the sales process
Manager and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
Job Qualifications:
At least one year of sales and/or customer service experience via email.
Effective reading and writing communication skills
Excellent organizational skills as well as good customer service and enthusiasm working with customers.
Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Ability to continually display positive attitude.
Hours will be part-time between 20 and 25 hours per week. Prefer it to be onsite at first and may have the ability to be remote later on.
