Retail Business Services LLC, an Ahold Delhaize company has an opening for a newly created Director of Solutions & Implementation.  This position may reside in either Salisbury, NC or Quincy, MA.

This role defines and leads the development of the systems road map as well as monitors industry changes to stay abreast of new marketing technology and innovation. Oversee technical and system integrations partnering with IT to bring business requirements to life.

Primary Duties:
• Stays abreast of new marketing technologies and innovation to ensure the brands can meet the demands of evolving consumer expectations and technological advancements.
• Responsible for the continuity and integrity of data within all loyalty and marketing systems and the systems integration business requirements.
• Spearheads auditing procedures to ensure data integrity through regular and ongoing maintenance and data hygiene in partnership with Data Governance team.
• Partners with IT in the procurement of marketing technology and management of data integrity and continuity across systems in partnership with Data Governance team.
• Manages the contract and relationship of customer loyalty and marketing vendor partners and identifies vendor service opportunities.
• Cultivates a team of marketing technologist in support of the Customer Engagement strategy and brand level marketing strategies and tactics.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing solutions and innovations in technology.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of relationship marketing and information platforms including web and mobile.
• Successful track record of leading a team of solution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
