Pixability is hiring a Director, Ad Operations to manage campaign delivery, identify improvements (process, training, and system development) that impact our ability to recognize revenue from sold campaigns, and provide strategic and tactical input to the ad products function and the product development team. This position can be based in our Boston HQ.

What You’ll Do
As the first Executive member of this team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing processes that optimize media margins while gaining revenue and improving speed and efficiency. You will also be tasked with building out, and managing, a team of Campaign Managers and Campaign Analysts. You will be launching and overseeing video campaigns, as well as, managing the day-to-day work of Campaign Managers and Campaign Analysts. Other responsibilities include:



  • Directing and leading ad campaign delivery efforts to support Pixability’s clients across YouTube and other leading social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

  • Becoming the subject matter expert in all things video and advanced Ad Operations

  • Staying up to date with industry relevant news allowing you to predict, foresee, and react to prevent campaign issues

  • Establishing and maintaining best practices and standardization for campaign setup and management to drive consistency and performance results.

  • Work cross-collaboratively with data science and product teams to find scalable solutions for ad ops processes

  • Developing insightful quantitative analysis for reporting and predictive models to support well-informed decision making regarding pricing, inventory and platform KPI’s.

  • Efficiently and strategically alert accounts and clients to secure additional budget and capitalize on the surge of traffic for upcoming special events, holidays, weekends, etc.

  • Providing weekly operational reports, including current ad campaign margins, ad revenue, trends within ad platforms.


What You Need



  • BA/BS required; Master’s preferred.

  • 8+ years professional experience of advanced knowledge in Ad Ops

  • 3+ years of management experience; specifically managing teams across multiple locations

  • Experience managing a margin based portfolio of $10M+

  • YouTube and AdWords execution experience required; Facebook execution experience preferred

  • Expert in Excel

  • Data analysis experience required

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to definition and implementation of processes, streamlining workflows, and policy

  • A self-directed professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
