MOO is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be a key member of the Marketing team and will deliver against our business goals. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and day-to- day management of various paid digital channels including paid social, display, programmatic display, streaming video, and streaming audio. This is an exciting role on a digitally focused acquisition team, managing healthy budgets and contributing hugely to the success of the company!
Responsibilities:
- Work with the digital marketing team to ideate and execute creative new strategies for customer acquisition
- Lead our paid direct response and retention marketing programs across social, display, programmatic display, streaming video and audio
- Build and refine paid social campaigns combining data analysis with creative brand marketing
- Aid in the strategy and development of ad creative and audience building and targeting
- Manage creative, ad, and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign results
- Expertly manage relationships and day to day with external agencies and partners, keeping them on schedule and assisting them in producing excellent work for MOO
- Measure and report on impact of marketing activities, taking a data-driven approach to adjust strategies and tactics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-5+ years of proven outbound marketing experience. Agency experience welcome.
- Experience generating quantifiable results in online marketing for transactional purchases
- In-depth understanding of Facebook’s paid advertising platform with experience managing direct response campaigns on web, mobile web and native mobile app
- Experience working with 3rd party ad servers
- Experience executing programmatic display and/or social media
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Strong willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute collaboratively through content creation and broader strategic thinking
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with agencies to optimize media spend and marketing channels
- Extremely organized and highly accountable to deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
About You:
- You have 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, and are proficient in using digital channels to drive ROI and build awareness
- You know the best practices and trends in digital marketing, particularly programmatic media, (paid social, display media, video, mobile, measurement) and understand how to build and convert a digital audience
- You have a solid understanding of ecommerce
- You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- You’re comfortable with numbers and interested in turning data into actionable insights
- You’re detail-oriented and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You’re a proactive team player, willing to step outside of your job description if nexessary
