Designated Support Engineer:

HubSpot Support exists to help our customers utilize the HubSpot platform in the most effective ways and get the most value from our software. The role of Designated Support Engineer exists to be the main point of contact for a select group of clients' technical support needs; driving product mastery and business ROI whilst building long-term relationships with these customers. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • In the role of Designated Support Engineer, you will work directly with clients, helping them solve their ongoing HubSpot implementation and support needs.
  • In this role, you’ll get the chance to build business relationships with your clients and have a true impact on their continued success as both a business and HubSpot customer.
  • You’ll implement your problem solving skills to be the main technical point of contact for your customers and strive to provide full and complete answers for these clients.
  • You must be comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple open cases, helping customers with on-going projects and be the sole technical point of contact for these accounts.

  • Are technically inclined, and have experience with HTML, CSS and APIs
  • Are comfortable speaking and consulting with clients on technical issues
  • Have creative problem solving skills
  • Have the ability to build and maintain rapport with high value clients
  • Have the confidence to lead and control group calls and trainings with clients
  • Are a self-directed starter
  • Can intuitively prioritize new and urgent customer issues
  • Have good calendar management skills
