Come help us disrupt the real estate industry through technology. Placester is looking for a creative and hungry Demand Generation Manager to design, deploy, manage and report on a broad range of lead-gen initiatives. Do you live to analyze campaign successes only to then turn around and hypothesize a new version that will perform even better? Let’s talk.

We’re currently a small team, which means wearing many hats is a must. The perfect candidate will be comfortable working on multiple projects at a time and should always be ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle a project outside their wheelhouse. In return, you’ll get a lot of autonomy and say how we do things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the lead-to-opportunity phase of our marketing funnel. Define the lead journey and build out the nurturing campaigns that go along with each stage.
  • Increase lead-to-opportunity conversion by constantly a/b testing email campaigns and personalized nurturing programs.
  • Provide post campaign analyses and reporting. Work with the sales team to optimize performance and ROI for all marketing programs.
  • Own and manage the day-to-day operation of marketing automation processes and tools, which includes data import, data management, and lead segmentation.
  • Partner with the customer success team to build and implement in-app messages geared towards upselling freemium accounts.
  • Build and test new lead gen channels in an effort to expand the top of our funnel.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in the acquisition marketing space (ideally for a SaaS/software company or similar brand).
  • Strong experience using marketing automation tools (such as Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot) as well as Salesforce.com
  • Experience with B2B marketing and how to speak to and engage that audience.
  • Understanding of the residential real estate industry, including the specific roles of modern agents and brokers.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML. Just enough to be dangerous when building emails.
  • Strong familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, Moz, Jira, Sumo, Wistia, Zapier, Optimizely, Hotjar, ShareASale or similar software and tools.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Generous equity
  • Full medical, dental, and vision
  • Unlimited vacation
  • Awesome coworkers and cool stuff to work on
