You have: A hunger to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Interest in understanding our jobseekers, and care for empowering them in their career goals. Strong expertise in one or more of these areas: 
- Statistics, machine learning, information retrieval 
- Software engineering, algorithms, object-oriented design 
- Business objective definition and prioritization

Other Qualifications: 
- BS or Masters in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics or related technical / quantitative field 
- 3+ years of professional work experience (i.e. outside academia) 
- SQL experience is required 
- Experience developing in Java, Python or Ruby 
- Adept at algorithm design and selection 
- Clear communication skills
