Are you an energetic, empathetic, technology-savvy professional interested in working directly with customers to resolve their questions and help drive their success? If so, consider applying to join our small and growing Customer Support team!

As the first line of contact with our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' success using Salsify, and you'll also be a critical voice within Salsify as we strive to continually improve our product, our service, and our role as trusted advisors within the industry.


Our Customer Support team has three overarching goals: 

(1.) Create rabid customer evangelists through a stellar support experience combining kindness, expertise, integrity, and responsiveness

(2.) Provide insight into common stumbling blocks and frequently asked for enhancements to our product and engineering teams

(3.) Apprise our account teams of expansion opportunities and account risks identified through our support channels

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions via email and phone with clear, concise, and prompt communication
  • Triage, research, and understand the causes, impact, and priority of incoming issues
  • Come up with solutions to unique customer problems
  • Identify, test, and file customer-reported product issues for our engineering team
  • Recommend product, documentation, and enablement enhancements
  • Route tasks to other teams as appropriate

Requirements:

  • You have 1-2+ years experience in customer-facing, problem-solving positions in fast-paced, high-tech companies
  • You can clearly and thoughtfully explain new concepts to diverse audiences
  • You have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to teach others--we care more about your ability to learn than preexisting knowledge
  • You are organized and detail-oriented; you confidently juggle many ongoing activities
  • Excel formula experience a plus
  • HTML and browser development tools experience a plus
