As a CSM, you will drive customer success and retention through creative and scalable programs to support our freemium products. This is an opportunity to be a dynamic problem-solver and work closely with our sales, support, marketing, product and engineering teams to aggressively improve the HubSpot tools and customer self-service experience.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Be an expert in all things inbound and in all supporting HubSpot products
- Own the success of thousands of HubSpot Sales Pro and Marketing Starter customers
- Create and experiment with different types of content, automation and any other ways to increase adoption and usage
- Be accountable for and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure a shared vision and
- Conduct customer calls to learn about the persona, lifecycle, resource needs and new program requirements
- Assist with the introduction of new products and/or services to your existing customer base
- Support the Customer Experience and Operations Manager
