Customer Success at ZeroTurnaround ensures that the users of our tools have an amazing experience from initial product research to renewal. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building customer relationships. This role works closely with our energetic sales and support teams, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and reactive customer support through email
  • Scheduled phone calls and web demonstrations
  • Serve as the liaison for initial product on-boarding 
  • Work closely with our customers to develop actionable plans to improve awareness and usage of our tools
  • Collect feedback from our users regarding their experiences with our tools and our process 
  • Record customer communications in Salesforce 
  • Learn the technical ins and outs of our product tool suite 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably customer success
  • Positive friendly attitude, able to deal with stressful situations with an even temper and pleasant demeanor
  • Extremely detailed oriented with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to take direction and follow instructions closely
  • Self starter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of a global team across multiple time zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills and reliable work ethic 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Passionate about providing customers with a great experience

Nice to have:

  • Proficient in basic computer applications, such as MS Office and email 
  • Experience with salesforce is a plus
  • Experience or strong interest in the technology space 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment
