Zaius empowers B2C marketers to maximize customer lifetime revenue. By unifying marketing attribution and campaign execution across all channels, Zaius makes it easy to understand which campaigns are driving repeat purchases, new loyal customers, average order value, and other customer-centric metrics, and then automate coordinated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that move customers through their lifecycle.


We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast paced, high tech environment and is passionate when it comes to making our customers successful. At Zaius, we take a consultative approach, partner with and build a trusted rapport with our customers, by helping them identify their challenges and demonstrating how our products can be a single system of reference for desired business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sales activity for Zaius’ customers and clearly identify and communicate their status, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the product and our customers' specific needs
  • Teach customers to successfully use Zaius and provide product expertise to customers in support of their ongoing usage
  • Ensure every customer has a plan in place for rollout and successful adoption of Zaius
  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering team to identify and prioritize strategic product enhancementsFunction as the voice of the customer to provide internal feedback on how Zaius can better serve our customers

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing, problem-solving positions in fast-paced, high-tech companies
  • You have experience balancing multiple customer facing projects at once
  • You are passionate when it comes to figuring out solutions to different challenges:technical challenges, organizational challenges
  • You can clearly and thoughtfully explain product concepts to our customers
  • You enjoy partnering your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills when communicating with both technical and non technical audiences
  • You are comfortable articulating customer concerns to the Product team and advocating on our customers’ behalf
  • You know lots of Excel tricks and you like teaching them to others, or you're jazzed about learning them yourself
