Plus the position oversees daily operations including social media posting and help with proofreading. Must have strong written and verbal skills.

Duties:

- Work directly with restaurants for customer service issues;

- Answer user and restaurant emails and phone calls;

- Manage restaurant accounts;

- Help with social media and proofreading;

- Contribute to native and partner-based marketing opportunities.

Working hours from 8 am to 5 pm in our office.
