The Contract Renewal Specialist will work closely with the Customer Success team to focus on current customers in an effort to consult , expand and sell all renewal service/product options including multi year and coterminous renewals . The Renewal Specialist will also assist in maintaining customer data, including general administration support to the CSM and Support teams.
The Contract Renewal Specialist key area of responsibility is to support the pursuit and closure of customer contract renewals as well as closing the gap between booked and active revenue, emphasizing the value of services by confirming or uncovering positive business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Fully understand the intersection between the customer’s positive business outcomes and the Fuze solution
  • Spearheading thorough and highly professional renewal selling process focused on optimal customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with CSM, Support and SE resources, to provide a comprehensive plan to renewal by overcoming objections and adjusting design and proposal elements as required to ensure best solution is presented to the customer
  • Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities within Salesforce.com
  • Sell the benefits of Multiyear and financing options
  • When required collaborate on sales strategies and coordinate quotes and sales opportunities with the RSM team and Channel Partners in an effort to drive Renewal Rate through significant revenue expansion
  • Develop Fundamental working knowledge of Fuze solutions to skillfully apply technical solutions to the customer business requirements
  • Uncover additional expansion and adoption opportunities within the Discovery and respond to email/phone inquiries from internal and external customers/co workers
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers
  • Develop business relationships with internal and external associates

What You Need:

  • 4 yrs. experience in Sales, Account Mgmt or Customer success with a quota
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task exposure to MEDDICC a plus
  • Excellent written & verbal communication require
  • Demonstrated experience with Enterprise accounts and C-Level selling or account management
  • Excellent problem solving skills in complicated technical field
  • Broad and deep customer positioning skills to assure extensive understand of the customer business outcomes
  • UCaaS, SaaS or PBX/Telecom or related experience is a significant advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrable ability to inspire action within customer stakeholders and team mates required
