The Role

Toast is looking for an Entry Level Customer Onboarding Specialist to play an integral role in scaling Toast’s rapidly growing onboarding department. You will be responsible for onboarding new customer accounts efficiently and effectively, as well as providing administrative and process driven support to customers and our internal services team. We are looking for an organized, detail oriented, tech-savvy, intellectually curious candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall customer onboarding process and work closely with Sales and Services teams to ensure seamless process
  • Resolving challenging and complicated issues with effective problem-solving skills
  • Works cross-functionally with Services, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support throughout customer lifetime
  • Provide high-quality support to restaurant owners through email and phone as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Extreme attention to detail and meticulously organized
  • Relentless problem-solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and strong sense of urgency
  • Restaurant industry experience is a plus
  • 0-1+ Years in Customer Service, or onboarding
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel a plus
