Creative Director, Brand
The Opportunity:
Chewy.com is seeking a Creative Director of Brand to join our team. You will be the champion of the Chewy brand, owning our brand identity across all channels (online and offline) ensuring a cohesive experience. You will also work closely with our Brand Development team to cultivate new brands. Your job is to tell the brand story through innovative and thoughtful design.
What you’ll do:
- Own and oversee brand development projects, from concept through delivery of brand manifestos, moodboards, and brand books
- Establish brand guidelines and develop scalable templates to help create consistency across all channels
- Translate brand vision into clear creative strategies
- Oversee all print advertising and packaging projects
- Maintain accountability for overall quality of creative work
- Ensure cohesive brand experience is upheld across all touchpoints; online and offline
- Hire, manage and mentor the internal creative team/manage external agency strategic input and deliverables
What you'll need:
- Strong portfolio showcasing real work and your design process
- 10+ years of experience working on brand and/or packaging design
- At least 2+ years experience in a senior managerial position
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and a relentless passion for beautiful crafted design, change and innovation
- Excellent storytelling skills to present and communicate your work
