CloudHealth needs a Channel Sales Executive to grow net-new recurring revenue generated via the recruitment and enablement of new and existing partners, including but not limited to cloud-centric service providers and resellers in their defined territory.

About You: You have a demonstrated track record of winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with channel partners. You’re ready to take your career to the next level by jumping into the Cloud (the fastest growing tech market) to build a partner program from the ground up as part of a growing and dynamic Sales team. The Channel Sales Manager reports to the Director of Channel Sales (North America).

You Will:

  • Meet or exceed goals/MBOs/quota by acquiring new partners and ensuring existing partners are being successfully managed in order to maximize their revenue growth potential.
  • Identify, target, engage and onboard “best fit” partners via multiple modes of prospecting, including but not limited to cold calling, coordinated marketing campaigns, trade show interaction, and networking with colleagues within Cloud ITSM ecosystem.
  • Map key players and personas within “best fit” partners, ensuring complete coverage of all influencers and decision makers in said organization to avoid disruption of sales cycle.
  • Appropriately communicate with and leverage internal CloudHealth resources and team members to move the sales process forward.
  • Ensure accurate and complete forecasting as part of effectively communicating current status and relevant information to all relevant parties within CloudHealth.
  • Update and maintain complete records in Salesforce.com and other sources of data to improve upon corporate record keeping and functional business unit reporting.
  • Develop and maintain high level of fluency in CloudHealth platform functionality, ability to demonstrate feature/function in engaging manner to both technical and business audiences.
  • Update and deliver engaging partner centric presentations appropriate for both technical and business audiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of Cloud ITSM ecosystem, including integration partners, complimentary products, and potential competitors.
  • Work closely with Product teams on identifying potential integration partners to strengthen partner platform offering.
  • Work closely with Sales and BDR’s to map resources to best support both new partner acquisition and post-acquisition partner growth.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts centered around partner facing communications, including helping to create engaging content for both partner recruitment as well as onboarding and enablement.
  • Build business cases for Engineering requests for new feature/function to win business when absolutely required.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel partner recruitment and enablement at a technology company.
  • BONUS: Experience or exposure to the public Cloud ecosystem; including, but not limited to Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google.
  • Experience selling services and managed services.
  • A history of maintaining a disciplined approach to leveraging Salesforce.com.
  • The attitude of a self-starter, who is resourceful, adaptable, and creative, with a solid understanding of sales methodology.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship development and leadership skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed - mostly to events with large potential partner audiences or singularly large partner opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
