HubSpot’s channel agency program is a key differentiator in our company’s success and plays a critical role in HubSpot’s growth across the globe. Since 2010, HubSpot has partnered with digital agencies around the world to help them grow their businesses by offering inbound marketing and sales services to their clients.

The person who fills this position will play a key role in the go-to-market strategies for the agencies in our Partner Program. You will be tasked with understanding what opportunities exist for the Partner community and thinking through how we can help them use the HubSpot platform as a distinguisher. For example, you will see a new product feature, and quickly understand how to instruct agency partners to weave it into their service offerings and use it to their benefit.

You will:

  • Build internal training and enablement programs for HubSpot’s channel account managers, and facilitate product training for HubSpot’s global agency partner network
  • Craft programs and campaigns that help our agency partners throughout their marketing and sales funnel - such as programs aimed at widening the top of their funnels, as well as programs to improve their close rates and increase their revenue per client
  • Work with our global marketing counterparts in our Dublin, Sydney, Singapore and Tokyo offices to enable them to train their local Channel Account Managers and Agency Partners
  • Track effectiveness of Channel Marketing programs, measuring results and sharing success with marketing, services and sales managers
  • Gather feedback from partners, and create trainings and resources to fit their needs

You will have:

  • Charismatic leadership with a knack for relationship building, and ability to work cross-functionally across product, services, sales and training teams.
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Dedication to working through projects with tight timelines
  • Ability to troubleshoot, and manage projects and campaigns with many moving parts.
  • A real passion for sales enablement and channel marketing
  • And in a nutshell, a commitment to seeing our Agency Partners succeed!
