Channel Account Specialist
HubSpot is looking for its next effective, passionate Channel Account Specialist to join our Agency Partner Customer Success department on the Channel Account team. The Channel Account Team supports a variety of agencies looking to grow their partnership with HubSpot. As a member of this team, you will support our growing Agency Partner program by engaging with our Agency Partners to provide account management and promote long-term success using the HubSpot software.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Work as the supporting point of contact and advocate for a high volume of agencies and their channel customers.
- Drive HubSpot product adoption and implementation to support customer success, account retention, and renewal
- Become an expert in the inbound methodology and HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs.
- Work with agencies to identify and develop a plan for their own marketing and sales efforts, and delivery of inbound services to their clients and prospects
- Work with a team of other Channel Account Specialists to drive retention within the channel

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Possess strong communications skills in order to maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues that require escalation
Pluses:
- Experience with a customer service or account management team
- Experience performing in a fast-growth environment
- Knowledge of the inbound methodology or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently
