We are looking for talented Business Development Specialists (BDS) who will contact and qualify leads for our sales team to close.

Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact with inbound prospects
• Develop leads through outbound calling into targeted companies and territories
• Responsible to set initial appointment with Account Executives and if appointment is not held, to reschedule with the prospect
• Reach or exceed performance metrics on dials, appointments set, conversion to qualified opportunity, and sales
• Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
• Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years experience in B2B inside sales
• Strong presentation/communication abilities
• High-energy, positive, self-driven, smart, and ambitious
