Firecracker is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. We’re looking for hard-working, competitive and self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn the key selling skills that will enable them to launch a successful sales career.

Job Responsibilities of the Role:

The Business Development Representative's job is to prospect an assigned list of accounts, qualify the need for Firecracker in those accounts and then schedule strategy calls for Account Executives. Specifically the person in this role will:

  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (75 calls per day) to medical institutions
  • Work with an assigned Account Executive to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Schedule strategy calls/online product demonstrations for Account Executives

Required Education:

B.A. or B.S. degree
