MOO is growing fast and the North America marketing team is hiring an Associate Project Manager to help us manage some of our most complex marketing initiatives.

 

This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, Offline Marketing. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with the Acquisition Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Customer Service teams (in the US and UK). This position is full-time and will be based in the Boston, MA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the New Customer Acquisition team in planning and executing direct mail campaigns, product launches, and event marketing initiatives
  • Assist the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team with planning MOO sales
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining project calendars through all phases of development, including leading weekly check-ins that will ensure on-time and on-budget of all projects
  • Responsible for planning and managing project resources and effectively communicating project progress, risks, and blockers to key internal stakeholders
  • Coordinates month-end reconciliation of expenses between Marketing and Finance
  • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with key project stakeholders (including external vendors) and teams across the business

  • A proactive planner who likes to stay ahead of the game by predicting potential bumps in the road
  • A “go get ‘em” attitude where no task is too big or too small
  • A critical eye with a “no stone un-turned” approach to details
  • Inquisitive and isn’t afraid to ask follow-up probing questions when cursory information doesn’t pass a gut check
  • Ability to work remotely, managing projects with team members from across the pond in the UK

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years professional work experience, with a focus on project management or marketing program management
  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • High level of proficiency with Excel, particularly in a financial planning capacity
