We're looking to hire an Ad Trafficker to join the Ad Operations team in our Needham, MA Corporate HQ. This person will be responsible for the trafficking and monitoring of online advertising campaigns across the TripAdvisor network, including creative upload, creative testing and troubleshooting, parameter set up, optimization and any applicable edits

Responsibilities:

• Verifying accuracy of the proposals entered in DSM, matching all entries against attached insertion orders
• Pulling delivery reports from DFP and providing analysis of under-delivery and recommending optimization actions to ensure full delivery
• Participating in projects involving collecting cookies, creating user segments based on user behavior and re-targeting with relevant messages; dynamic ad serving and other complex targeting, re-targeting and dynamic creative projects
• Insuring all campaign goals are met including start and end dates, impression delivery and any associated actions
• Working with advertisers and sales staff to ensure timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with site ad guidelines and specs. Assisting advertisers directly by helping resolve technical problems and answer questions on creative materials
• Performing QA on complex flash, rich media and video creative

Requirements:

• Must possess a BS/BA degree with a minimum of 2 years of internet business experience
• Campaign management & trafficking experience, preferably with Doubleclick tools
• Working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with HTML
• Strong attention for detail
• Great interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will be communicating daily with key TripAdvisor sales team, senior staff, and clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
