HubSpot seeks a customer focused and organized Account Specialist to manage our fast-growing customer base within the LatAm Customer Success team.

The Role

  • Work as the supporting point of contact and advocate for LatAm customers 
  • Independently and successfully manage a high volume of task execution, financial management/contract and issues or escalation cases
  • Drive HubSpot product adoption and implementation to support account retention, renewal and overall customer success
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high activity rates with HubSpot customers
  • Help drive new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Become an expert in inbound marketing. Serve as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for HubSpot’s suite of products and the inbound marketing methodology
  • Provide a world class service experience to our customers through timely and succinct communication via phone and email 

Required Experience

  • Fluency in Spanish & English. Portuguese is a plus
  • Around 1-3 years experience with a sales or account management team, preferably in a startup or fast growth environment
  • An innovative thinker who will help us continue to build a scalable account management model to service customers in an effective low touch model, leveraging new tools.
  • Familiarity with the LatAm market, excited by emerging markets and experimentation
  • Must be smart and business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
  • Super organized, quick learner who works well under pressure
  • Strong negotiation skills, comfortable discussing financial contracts, and dealing with cancellations
  • Solid communications skills to maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues that require escalation
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently are required
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred but not required
