Placester is looking for exceptional Account Services Representatives to join our growing team.

As a Account Services Representative, you’re responsible for fulfilling service-related components of our subscriptions.

What does that mean? From initial website configuration to monthly, routine, account updates, you’ll be responsible for delivering expected value to our highest paying customers.

About you as a Account Services Representative:

About you:

• Previous experience working in a support or service role within a web tech or online product environment preferred.
• Interest in working in a customer service or service environment
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed, organized and results oriented
• Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly
• Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Bonus:

• Solid understanding of Internet technologies, website creation and online marketing
• Experience with online marketing (SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc….)
• Experience in a web development shop
• Experience with Wordpress or other CMS
• Proficiency with Google Drive applications
• Experience with data input
