Account Based Marketing Manager

What We’re Looking for
Crimson Hexagon is in search of a strong, experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of success in driving account-based marketing results and exceptional communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an account based marketing strategy that identifies target accounts and aligns content and marketing programs to the customer throughout the sales cycle
- Leverage marketing resources to create custom campaigns for key groups within target new and existing clients
- Create customized campaigns to key decision makers that showcase the benefit of using social analytics and how it will greatly impact their business
- Utilize the latest trends within B2B Tech and Software to better create target messaging
- Provide ongoing data and insights to target accounts and contacts within these accounts
- Develop campaigns that drive revenue growth for existing and new accounts
- Develop innovative and creative programs to promote brand and relationships at the target accounts; take the lead on socializing and promoting best practices across the team
- Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with sales team to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in integrated campaigns and demand generation
- Flexible, adaptable and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams across the company
- Knowledgeable in the latest marketing trends, preferably in B2B and/or Software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to account strategy
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns
- Effectiveness in building trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce a plus
