Lead and execute assigned clinical trials end-to-end: develop operational plans, manage cross-functional teams and CROs, track milestones and budgets, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, maintain TMF and inspection readiness, provide monitoring oversight, support global regulatory submissions, report to senior management, mentor study staff, and drive process improvements.
