Provides coaching, training, professional development, and clinical support for behavioral health staff. Develops and implements trauma-informed, evidence-based curricula; leads peer leadership training; observes and coaches staff; supports de-escalation and crisis-response training; ensures clinical quality and regulatory standards; assists with training logistics and administration. Provides eight hours of weekly clinical support to an outpatient program, including assessments, interventions, and intern support.

Manages enterprise data systems, data warehouses, integrations, governance, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. Develops SQL-based datasets, Power BI dashboards, Crystal Reports, and analytical tools using clinical, financial, operational, and administrative data. Partners with leadership, research, quality, finance, vendors, and program teams to support compliance, evaluation, strategic decisions, and process improvement. Oversees data quality, documentation, system enhancements, user training, and presentation of actionable findings.
