The Client Success Manager will oversee client deliverables, manage relationships, support wellbeing initiatives, and enhance population health goals through strategic account management.

Lead and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, retention, and renewals. Manage and mentor client success managers, analyze performance data, identify risks and growth opportunities, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver actionable reporting to improve client outcomes and program adoption.
