Manage full-cycle recruiting, background and drug-screen paperwork, job fairs, candidate communications, reporting, and hiring-center operations while collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment teams.

Manage global legal entity matters, administer Board and committee activities, support SEC reporting and disclosure processes, and maintain governance and securities compliance. Coordinate with outside counsel and corporate service providers, draft corporate documents, support equity administration, and lead legal operations and process improvements in a confidential environment.
