Leads Workday ERP business analysis and solution delivery from requirements gathering through implementation and post-deployment optimization. Develops business cases, requirements, test strategies, risk assessments, and solution designs; identifies process improvement and automation opportunities; collaborates with business leaders, architects, vendors, QA, and technical teams; facilitates large-group meetings; and mentors other analysts. Focus areas include Workday PSA and Financials, with preferred experience in additional Workday modules and system lifecycle management.

Leads complex, multi-workstream client projects and portfolios, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, governance, and engagement economics. The role develops delivery methodologies, dashboards, toolkits, and executive reporting; optimizes PSA/PPM tools; oversees capacity planning and portfolio prioritization; and aligns SDLC, change management, access controls, and governance frameworks. Candidates must have substantial project management experience, professional services experience, financial and resource management expertise, and willingness to travel approximately 15%.
