The Program Manager II oversees ERP implementation, managing risks, schedules, and resources while collaborating across departments to ensure alignment and delivery of functional initiatives.

Lead day-to-day execution and decision support for merchandising domain ERP transformation. Design future-state processes, enable cross-brand harmonization, coordinate with IT/System Integrators, support testing and deployment, and drive change management to ensure adoption and sustained business value.

Lead day-to-day execution and coordination for functional business and supply chain transformation within assigned domain. Drive future-state process design, ERP solution planning (S/4HANA or comparable), cross-functional harmonization, change management, and stakeholder alignment. Support IT and system integrators for solution design, testing, deployment, and sustainment across multi-brand operations. Travel and on-site collaboration required.
